Shipping PolicyDue to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in postal carriers picking up our packages
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday).
We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major US holidays.
Processing time starts from the date your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by USPS. Shipping transit time is not included in processing time.
Missing or Lost PackagesWe are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been shipped by USPS they will be held responsible and must contact them.
All regular priced items are eligible for return and store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or edit any order after it has been placed.
All returns are processed through email only! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions
We will not process any refunds or be held responsible for any item ordered incorrectly such as wrong item or wrong size. Any approved returns will result in a store credit only.
If an item is damaged or defective, you must report it within 3 days of date received . If an item is reported after the 3 days of delivery date the return will not be accepted.
Please attach all photos of the return inquiry in email.
If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation.
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. If you receive the wrong item we will cover the return shipping and replacement shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
If you return a package over $70, we advise you purchase shipping insurance from the carrier you purchased your return label from. We will not guarantee we will receive any package sent back to us.
