Shipping Policy
Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in carriers picking up our packages
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday).
We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major US holidays.
Processing time starts from the date your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by USPS or UPS. Shipping transit time is not included in processing time.
Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been shipped by USPS they will be held responsible and must contact them.
Return Policy
We do not offer any returns only exchanges
Exchanges can be made in person if you choose
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or edit any order after it has been placed.
All exchanges are processed through email only! Please email info@shopbymare.com with any questions
We will not process any exchanges or be held responsible for any item ordered incorrectly such as wrong item or wrong size.
If an item is damaged or defective, you must report it within 3 days of date received . If an item is reported after the 3 days of delivery date the exchange will not be accepted.
Please attach all photos of the return inquiry in email.
If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation.
If you received the wrong item we will cover the return shipping and replacement shipping.
Sale and Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are final. No returns or store credit will be given. Please confirm the correct model and size is picked before purchasing.
Exchanges
Any exchange's must be sent back at customers expense. We will not provide a return label.
